Can YOU Achieve Success with The Turbulence Training Program?

I have the misfortune of becoming bored very easily. Because of this, if I do not change up my workout routine and exercises often, I start to become unmotivated to workout. This happens to many people and I think it is very important to constantly change your exercise routine in order to obtain a sexy, sleek, healthy body!

There is another reason for this as well. Muscle needs to be continuously challenged. Craig Ballantyne knows this and he has developed an awesome fitness program called the Turbulence Training Program to help you avoid that exercise plateau.

The Turbulence Training program offers some useful nutritional advice that can be followed easily to allow you to lose body fat and increase your lean body mass. Craig Ballantyne uses proven concepts in his program.

Another core concept of Turbulence Training is that it can be done in less time than many traditional exercise programs. This has always been important to me because we all live busy lives and not many of us have a lot of time to devote to physical fitness.

Most importantly is Craig’s concept of changing the exercises and providing rest in between workouts. He knows this is important in a proper fitness regime for a few different reasons.

Craig knows that if we do not challenge our muscles by continuing to change our exercises and increase resistance, we will in fact stay at the same fitness level instead of improving our body and health. The basic physiology of this is something he understands and has translated to us through useful information.

Using his knowledge, Craig designed a spectacular array of exercises and explained them very well. You can keep track of your exercises and progress with Craigs cleverly designed turbulence training charts that include a photograph of each exercise.

The other reason for the timing of turbulence training is the rest factor. You need to do interval training four times a week and strength training three times a week in order to avoid the harm that over-exercising can do to your body. Over-exercising can also be detrimental to proper fitness.

By doing this, you allow your muscles to rest so that they will be more responsive to the next work out. You also avoid the risk of injury and toxicity to the body by accumulating too much lactic acid. Finally, you avoid the problem that results from working out too much on too little whereby the body robs energy from lean body mass and begins to store fat, resulting in a skinny yet flabby physique.

The exercises are a kick and I find myself looking forward to my routine again. Bored no more and in less time to boot! My favorite is the Bulgarian Split Squat.
